Think twice before signing a contract with a business model like Massage Envy. After going for years to a masseusse with her own business (and who moved away during the pandemic), I found it frustrating that those at Massage Envy don't bother to remember your name, your massage needs, or even a generous 30% tip left last time - even when going to the same person each time. You would have to repeat yourself each visit as the clock ticks away 5 min off your massage time. Because I could hardly get a smile out of them, I assume that they are in an unhappy work environment. You were fortunate if you got the full 50 minutes they claim you will have. If you have low back and glut issues, well, that is off limits says corporate. You've now signed a year's contract and you can't get massaged on the area you need worked on other than some very unsatisfactory poking thru a sheet. Any visit to another facility involves fees and/or your relocation. Each time you come in, an effort will be made to sell you additional services. I couldn't wait for my contract to run out!!

Not impressed..chaotic from the moment I stepped in the door. As soon as checking in the manager immediately tried to get me to sign up for a monthly membership before I even had the massage. Then immediately upon the waiting room, another guest proceeded to talk on her phone very loudly. I waited 15 minutes for them to come get me for my massage (after I called them to let them know that I was still waiting). Told my masseuse that I wanted "firm" pressure. Which she did not provide. I asked for certain body parts to not be massaged. She massaged them anyways. She wore latex gloves the entire time and every time she put the massage oil on me it was cold. The franchise office was right next to the room I was in, I could hear the manager speaking loudly on the phone and with other staff the entire massage. Not relaxing at all. I do not recommend this place. I was more tense after receiving my massage than before!!

Good massage buy a guy, can't recall his name, this was last week. I enjoyed the massage, but the customer service is not great. The tattooed lady with black hair could be a bit friendlier, and I think she is a manager, she must be a tyrant to work for. They need to amp up the customer service, BE NICER, people are paying for your service and the experience!
