Vanessa is a life saver. I have seen chiropractors and PT in past who all eventually worked to some extent but I had immediate relief from back pain after 1st visit. After knocking out the severe inflamed issues we are slowly working through my other mobility issues.

I was having issues with my hip that was causing mobility issues and pain in the ankle, knee, and hip. Vanessa worked on my hips and back for an hour and I was able to see drastic improvement! She also gave me exercises to keep up with at home to maintain the new mobility. Amazing work and would highly recommend!

Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, not only eases your aches and pains, but eases your mindset as well. Went in thinking I would just get a deep tissue massage and left with a wealth of knowledge tips to help me continue recovery at home and at the gym.
