I had a new roof put on my home by a roofing company run by a complete jerk. Not being a roofer I had no idea how many mistakes were made during the instal. . The roofer refused to correct any of the problems. I had a couple of contractors along with a personal friend who is a building inspector for the city of New Orleans tell me that my roof had many insulation errors. So I had no choice but, to file a lawsuit against the roofer. So I needed an expert. I found Don on this site. His wife handles his appointments he was easy to schedule, very knowledgeable, both he and his wife were very nice and his prices were very reasonable. He found even more problems with my roof than I thought I had. On trial day the roofers attorney saw Don freaked out an request a continuance. The attorney basically told me that he had dealt with Don before and that he was too thorough. Thanks to the leverage supplied Don we settled out of court. Talk about an angry roofer . Anyway, if I ever need a roof or a complete home inspected I will call Don and I recommend you do the same.
