Like the other complaints. Very little payout for hurricane damage. They covered $500 of a $16,000 re-roof after Hurricane Zeta. They did pay for most of my shed that collapsed, though. Still doesn't make up for the $15,500 I had to cover to replace my roof.Now with the premiums more than doubling over a 2 year time frame, I'm dropping the coverage (no mortgage). Can't keep throwing money at a company for ZERO peace of mind, when I'm going to need that money to fix my house regardless of Citizens coverage.

I didn't go to this place, but I called to get my home insurance set up. They are very knowledgeable and were able to help me set my insurance payments in a manner convenient to me. They did a great job. ?

I like the fact that they are able to help me meet my mortgage expectations in keeping my home insured since I have a private mortgage (owner financed) and had a hard time getting insurance elsewhere with a low credit score. However, I do not feel they adequately provided correct funds for my claim made after Hurricane Ida as I am in need of a full roof replacement and they only issued enough funds to cover materials and since I do have that low credit score I am unable to receive financing for my roof and am struggling to save for the final cost of roof replacement.
