There were some issues in getting my lenses crafted correctly. But they worked with me and made it happen. The people there are very kind. My question would be why do they have such a low rating?!!! Price should not bring a rating down. Prescription glasses are expensive no matter where you go. When it comes to kindness, we don’t always find that wherever we go. But you will experience kindness at the Looking Glass! May the Good Lord bless you & your family as He often does mine. LornaH

I am shocked by the low rating for Looking Glass!! I have been coming here for a few years now, and I think they provide outstanding, top notch service.The prices are high, yes. But insurance is also partially responsible for this. I also don't mind paying extra to support my local community business and its employees (versus a mass manufacturer in another country) to ensure I have a proper fit to my glasses. I have very specific lens requirements due to my eyeballs being weird, and the opticians always discuss what my insurance covers versus what's available versus what's recommended versus what I think I want. Highly recommend the Looking Glass for glasses. My adult children and I have been coming here for glasses for while now. They accept our VSP vision insurance and the staff is very knowledgeable, highly competent, polite, and helpful. There is a huge selection of frames here - for whatever your budget is. I've gotten terrific glasses here where my insurance covered practically the whole cost. The Looking Glass selection also includes amazing high-end designer sunglasses.
