We’ve been coming to Lake Animal for 10 years with my cat. Dr. Kreider and Dr. Merriwether have provided excellent care for my anxious kitty and have helped us work through many illnesses and behavioral situations over the years. They are always right on the money with their recommendations and treatment plans. We trust them completely! We love that they know exactly who we are every time we call and are so genuinely excited to see Minnie. We also love the consistency in care. Most of the staff has been there since the beginning of our journey with Lake Animal. They are so caring and just a great Vet all around!
We have 6 dogs that Lake cares for and we wouldn't dream of sending them anywhere else. We got married in May 2014 and each of us had 3 rescues that were now all part of one big family. They help us on so many levels and we are grateful for the entire staff. In 2013 I lost my dog Saban to old age. We had him for 12 years and he was 15 yrs old. Lake animal help me through the grief process and checked up on me for weeks after we had to put him down. They wrapped him up in his own blankets and placed him in a box my son built so we could bring him to our farm in Mississippi and bury him. Always very helpful whether I call them with questions or setup an appointment. Staff is so friendly when you visit. The whole team there is very passionate about helping and caring for my dog. I am first time pet owner and they have been great helping me out especially with our heart worm treatment process. Everyone there is great!
