I made an appointment on Wednesday and scheduled an implant procedure for Friday. I had four prescriptions, 3 of which were called in by the doctor’s office, I had to go in person to fill the other. The staff promptly called in the prescriptions and all were ready for pickup on Wednesday evening, I had all the prescriptions on Thursday before the implant. Dr. Jackson and his staff are great to work with! The procedure took less than a half hour. Some pain and swelling on Friday night, but the next day, no pain and was back to doing light work for a few days. A week later, I went back for a checkup and all is healing well. Kudos to Dr. Jackson and his staff!
I found Dr. Jackson in Google after the oral surgeon i was referred to didn't accept our insurance. I called and was quickly able to get an appointment which was perfectly aligned with my daughter’s upcoming school break. The staff was pleasant and answered most of my questions. The only concern was that I had no idea how much it was going to cost me prior to the appointment. The consult was done the same day as the appointment and had I not been in agreement, I could have decided not to move forward with the procedure.

Our family highly recommends Dr. Jackson! Oral surgery can be scary for children but Dr. Jackson did a wonderful job of explaining their procedures to each of them, providing thorough care, and timely follow up. Dr. Jackson’s staff members are easy to communicate with and are as kind as can be in the office!!!
