We were customers for 15 years We used them when we were building our new home. Well last year when I called to schedule for spraying they scheduled me for 2 months out. When I called this year the same thing. But it rained on the day in May they were to come out to do the outside treatment. So I got re- scheduled for 3 months out to August Then when august came the technician could not come because he had accident… so they could only come out In December 🙄🙄. I told them this was unacceptable and to please re check and see if they could come out sooner. They said NO!! Only December. So I asked for a refund since I had already paid for the May outside treatment. They just refunded my money. Like all these years I should be grateful I let them treat my house.

These guys have been our pest control company for 13 years! They treat our home quarterly for pests and the only bugs we see are dying or dead. : ) Very professional service. Strongly recommend!
