I usually bring all of my heels here, but I was really surprised at my last visit. It may be time for them to shut down because the craftsmanship/customer service was completely off. He damaged my Christian Louboutin heels, that I was just only getting the heel (the black part) replaced because of the metal coming through at the bottom from walking. The lady in front blamed me for the guy ( assumed husband) not knowing how to fix it, then went to saying I dropped them off like that and it's wear and tear. Like um mam this is a SHOE repair shop, it's safe to say I know how they were when I dropped them off. It looks like the heel attachment was too big and he kept pushing thus bunching my heel up. She tried to charge me full price ???;( I asked if I could pay half since he damaged my shoe (shouldn't have paid anything). She told me don't come back. Lol like mam you messed up my shoes in a SHOE REPAIR STORE :(

It was the holiday season and this clobber was wrapping up for the day. Someone who was locking up the store said we can't take on any other clients today. Suddenly I heard an old voice yell from the back "let him in!" Not only did this guy save my favorite boots his kindness made my day.

I came to get a pair of shoes fixed with a new heel. The women behind the counter said we are not taking any shoes now——what——aren’t you a shoe repair business??? Will not get my business ever!
