We’re extremely pleased with our roof, eaves & gutter replacement by ECO Roof & Solar after Hurricane Ida. Our project manager, Desmonde Johnson was great. He put us at ease and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. He was also in constant communication with us about the start date of repairs & what to expect during the process. After Hurricane IDA I had plenty of roof damage on the back side of my house with minor damage on the front side. ECO Roofing and Solar worked with my insurance company and was able to have my full roof replaced. The Quality of Shingles they used, the speed of the replacement along with the quality of workmanship was a blessing during a very critical time. I was told up front that I would only have to pay for my insurance deductible and that was a true statement. Never did ECO even attempt to ask me to pay for anything that insurance did not agree to cover.ECO roofing exceeded my expectations.
