I have been going to Body Mechanix now for a few years and always see Logan. He does an excellent job and always “checks in” about whether he is using appropriate pressure, knowing that I have systemic joint issues. He is friendly, professional and truly cares whether he is providing the muscle relief and stress relief that you need. I have been to many massage services, like EarthSavers, Woodhouse Spa, etc. They are nice, relaxing and have great amenities (thick robes, champagne, etc.) But I consider them “fluff” massages- they are not therapeutic.
