Vanessa is a life saver. I have seen chiropractors and PT in past who all eventually worked to some extent but I had immediate relief from back pain after 1st visit. After knocking out the severe inflamed issues we are slowly working through my other mobility issues.

I was having issues with my hip that was causing mobility issues and pain in the ankle, knee, and hip. Vanessa worked on my hips and back for an hour and I was able to see drastic improvement! She also gave me exercises to keep up with at home to maintain the new mobility. Amazing work and would highly recommend!

Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, not only eases your aches and pains, but eases your mindset as well. Went in thinking I would just get a deep tissue massage and left with a wealth of knowledge tips to help me continue recovery at home and at the gym. Not your average spa massage, which is exactly what you're looking for when needing to tackle those nagging issues you can no longer mobilize your way out of anymore.

I take a clinical approach to Massage Therapy What I mean by that is that my work is based highly on assessment. I take the information a client gives me before we start treatment. A clients history and previous experiences help to develop the bigger picture of what’s going on. Based off the clients needs I will go through a few assessments in order to determine an appropriate plan for treatment. Assessments will range from your movement patterns as well as muscle palpations/ “hands on” Clients can expect reevaluations to occur throughout the session. This allows me to see if what I am doing is creating positive change. I appreciate clients willing to give feedback and be an active participant during their time.
