Bernard is my go to electrician. I had him out here today to clear up a few issues found during a home inspection. He was very efficient, pleasant to talk to, and his hourly rate of $85 is well below any of the large companies in the area. I had him wire my garage a few years back with 3 new circuits, a dozen outlets, and city permits. He did a great job then. I highly recommend Bernard.
