I had an outlet that had a short apparently, as I smelled something burning and part of the outlet was blackened. I called early in the morning and they were at my home within two hours. They repaired the problem and installed some gadgetry (for lack of a better word) as a safety measure to ensure the problem would not happen again. They were very professional as always, repaired the problem quickly, and they were extremely courteous. I have been utilizing B & B for 22 years for all my electric needs and I will not use anyone else because they are proficient and honest.Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair

We HIGHLY recommend B & B Electrical Services. They came out on time, did a thorough evaluation and told us the problem was caused by an issue with Entergy. Barry gave us a complete and specific overview of what to tell Entergy to get the problem fixed. What Barry didn't know is that Entergy had already been to the property once and did not find the problem. With Barry's specific instructions in hand, we were able to get Entergy to come back out the same day and repair the issues they had missed the week before.My experience is B & B is an ethical and honest company.
