From start to finish this home inspection company provided a professional and thorough inspection. Aaron communicated with us before the inspection and made sure we were aware of what to expect. Aaron also followed up about the appointment multiple times to ensure that everyone was prepared for the inspection. Upon arrival to the house, Aaron provided a very thorough inspection compared to other companies we have used in the past. Very thorough inspection and the turnaround time for the report was exceptionally fast. The report was broken down so you didn’t have to search through it to find the areas in need of attention.

Aaron was amazing!! He was flexible, thorough and also got the inspection back so quickly! I was so impressed I've never gotten an inspection report back so fast. I also like the software that they use. I was able to highlight the work I wanted to ask the sellers to complete into a pdf that was easy to send. Truly the best inspection process I've had to date
