Everyone that I dealt with at 1 Percent Lists were extremely professional, helpful, and trustworthy. The sale of my property couldn’t have gone any better, and I’ve already referred them to friends and family that are looking to sell property.
We have had great experiences with 1 Percent Lists GNO on multiple occasions with buying and selling homes. Being represented by such knowledgeable real estate professionals while still being able to save thousands of dollars is a no brainer in my opinion. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone entering the home buying/ selling process!
They were able to sell my old house, and find me the perfect new house very fast! The market was crazy and we stayed in budget, along with getting everything we wanted! I saved thousands by using them!
