DG Diaz Roofing is a local company that understands customer service. They were very well organized and finished my roof in one day. The crew were very polite and respectful as well as professional. They cared for my property as if it was their own property. They protected the landscaping and ensured no debris was left behind including any nails as they consistently ran magnets over the yard throughout the job. This company's price is very reasonable and worth every penny. I would highly recommend them and I will utilize them for all my future roofing needs.
Jimmy was great at communicating timing to start the job, delay reasons, and estimate for when they would be complete. He was very friendly and answered all my questions before, during, and after the roofing work was taking place. The main reason for my 5-star review was how he handled issues to my property from his crews. He found and replaced broken pavers like-for-like and was going to pay for them if he couldn’t find the exact stone. He paid for my pool to be professionally cleaned to remove two rust stains caused by nails dropped and left in the pool, and he replaced my gutters with new gutters after his crew damaged them! Professional installation - quality materials.This crew kept a man on the ground as they worked our roof to keep our property clean.The supervisor stayed here with his crew and was available for any questions I had.No nail guns were used to nail our shingles! Hand nailing was a huge reason I hired this company.The owner did the final inspection.We are extremely excited to have our new roof and very satisfied with the worry free and speedy installation.Services: Roof inspection
