Not enough words can explain how amazing I felt afterwards!! Wearing body armor and duty belt 12hrs a day followed by CrossFit, I'm sore beyond belief. In this quick 30min dry rub down of my back made me feel like a new man! She works too to bottom with focusing on the meaty portions of the body that are hurting. She'll work from the spine outward and use elbows to get in deep. If you're on a budget and want quality, this is the place to be!!!!
