These people came to my property unannounced and removed my entire bait system. I received an invoice in August for the $325 renewal. I called multiple times asking when someone would be able to come out, and was told they were running behind with no expected date….I was instructed to just pay the $325 and eventually they would come out to service the property.The termite service has been overdue for months! When they finally decided to come out, it was to remove my bait system with zero communication!Why would I submit a $325 payment when they can’t even tell me when services will be rendered?They could have called, emailed, or mailed communication concerning bait...read full review

I've never had a problem with Premium. I have been dealing with them since 2007. My mom has been using him since before then. He's like Santa Clause. Every year like Clock work we receive our notice for our contract renewal, and we schedule. He comes, sprays, and checks the traps. The spray he uses keeps other bugs out of the house too. Also, if you dig up any dirt around the house on the barrier, he tells you "Make sure you call me so I can re-spray the area dug up." The re-spray is free of charge. :) I love Premium!
