Jacky's African Hair Braiding & weaving

I arranged for my daughter to get her hair braided at this establishment, while her hair was braided beautifully, we will not be back. We arranged a time to be there specifically with Ms. Jacky, she assured me that 1pm would fine, as I was traveling a good lil distance to try her business for the first time. When I got there no one was there....when I call I find out that we had been pawned off on two stylists that didn't return till almost 2pm and that Ms. Jacky herself would not return for hours? We had taken the previous crochet hair out but was harshly informed that it would be more money to undo her own braided hair and wash. The lady's seemed very irritated with us for not having this done already-we almost walked out without the braids being done. We had not been informed that this was a 'must' and after we had waited on them, I just expected better customer service. I also expected better communication from Ms. Jacky as far as operating hours and scheduling new clients. I payed extra for them to unbraid the simple style u crochet into and to wash my daughters hair, which was fine! They also have the hair there to use for braiding, which is convenient.

She did a great job on my daughter head..however, I sat for 3 hours, waiting for her hair to get done. Only for them to tell me...after I come in with a card... the machine is down, and I need to go get cash..
