This was my first time here and I’m honestly mad I didn’t come sooner. I got a massage where L walks on your back (which sounds intense, but it was incredible). She immediately zeroed in on the areas that have been bothering me, especially my tight trap muscles from working out, and completely loosened them up. Don't go anywhere else....L is the BEST!!! She combines sports massage, PMF and stretching, which helps release deep muscle tension and improve flexibility in a way that typical massages just don’t.
L is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great sense of where the body needs attention, even if you don’t mention it. Her approach is both strong and precise—she knows how to apply pressure where it counts without overdoing it.
