Ok...to start off with, I admit that I and my hair present a challenge. I KNOW what I want and bring pictures with me. This was my first time having Bruce style my hair, therefore, he was unfamiliar with its many nuances.

Because of the quarantine, my hair, in a year, went from very short to shoulder length. I wanted SHORT and ALL blonde...no more tri color or highlighting. I walked in with darker roots, salt and pepper, white in several places and remnants of blonde highlights on the ends...a real challenge to get all one color.
