I had an appointment on July 6, 2023. I waited all day after taking a day off. No one showed for a job I had waited and waited to have done. I was hiring Dugas, not a company with no regard for the respect of its customers. Not even a phone call after I received confirmation of my appointment.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service. i paid for service on april 27. scheduled termite sentricon renewal may 11. i've called 4 times to get confirmation of this. I have 3 ticket numbers to confirm these calls. they won't call me back. keep directing me to a 'regional' or 'local' office. NOBODY calls me. nobody confirms service done. nobody tries to get service done. i have no confidence in this company whatsoever. i've requested a refund of my $275. of course, the person on the phone can't helped me. they are referring this to the 'local' office...again. i will be reporting this on my credit card if i don't hear back today. June 19, 2023.
