“I can't say enough good things about this clinic. The call center was supposed to have scheduled me for a same day appt because my daughter was extremely ill. When I arrived the call center had messed up and my appt was actually for the following week. They spoke with the clinic manager and squeezed us in anyway. During my daughter's appt I ended up fainting. Not only did they provide my daughter with the utmost care, they sprang into action and did what they needed to do, to help my fainting spell pass. They had a nurse sit in the room with me until we left to make sure I was okay. Dr. Place was so kind. Her nurses were amazing. I'm truly impressed with this clinic. I would recommend it to anyone who lives in Mandeville!“

“I have been seeing Dr. Amy Puerto for a few years now. She is so patient, kind, and thorough. I never feel like she is rushing me along to get to the next appointment, like in some offices. With that being said, I don't think I've ever been called back at my exact appointment time. Be prepared for a short wait in the lobby. I understand, as she is probably spending time with the patients before me, and also not rushing them through the appointment. I've recommended Dr. Puerto to anyone looking for an eye doctor and will continue to do so. Great doctor!“
