Can I leave less than 1 star?! This is the third time I have shown up for my appointment early, after an 45 minute drive, only to find out it was cancelled or rescheduled without my knowledge. No missed calls, no voicemails. On top of that the staff is INSANELY rude. A simple apology could have sufficed but she very rudely informed me that this was somehow MY fault. So unbelievably infuriating. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Dr Grenier would fare better firing his office staff and starting from scratch.

I recommend anyone considering this eye clinic to do your research, and talk to other people including other eye doctor offices before making an appointment here. You will be surprised. These people are some of the rudest office staff I have experienced, in particular the surgical coordinator. One of the most uncompassionate people I have ever met in my life and it is very scary that she deals with people who might be looking for a little hope in getting their vision back. She will smash any hope or positive vibes you have. I recently had the worst experience I have ever had in my life dealing with these people when I was already dealing with a stressful situation with my eye. This may have been at one time THE place to go, but not anymore. A lot was done very wrong throughout my process that I didn't even know until I was told so by others including an insurance company, surgical centers, and other eye doctor's offices once my story was told. I didn't even have a consult with the doctor before I was supposed to have cataract surgery. I went along with it because I thought that was the norm. Absolutely not! I had to ask to speak to the doctor so that I understood the process and to get a better understanding of the different lenses and what they could do for me. Please stay away especially if you have any eye issues besides just a normal eye exam and need contacts/glasses. I was in an emergency situation when I contacted this office by Googling eye doctor in Mandeville. This has taught me that even in an emergency to be very careful of who I am putting my trust in when it comes to my health.

Heard from several about the unprofessionalism of the staff, but the Dr was one of the few on our plan. Anyway scheduled an appointment for our daughter, my wife and I took time off from work and took daughter out of school for appointment at the mandeville location only to show up at a locked door stating that the office was closed at noon the day before and all day the day of our appointment. We were outraged. We never received any communication from the office. We called them and they stated our appointment was in Hammond later that day at 3:45 pm which was not what we schedulrSomeone obviously screwed up on their end. We tried to get answers from them but each time we called we were "mysteriously" disconnected. Very unprofessional. Update: two days later and still no call from them after leaving messages.
