We are absolutely satisfied with Mr. Electric. From our initial phone call to the point of job completion, our serviceman, Joe, was professional, personable, and had an extraordinary work ethic. He patiently described the unexpected electrical problem we had, giving us options about how to proceed to repair. Just home from a vacation we found we had no water and thought the problem was our well. In no time, he came to explain the details to be addressed. He was on time and very communicative every step of the way. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Electric in the future and I have to say I think we would want to request Joe!
