I have been doing business with Brister-Stephens for over 10 years. My house was a rental for a few years and I had a home warranty so I have had plenty experience with other companies over the years. For the most part it is extremely hard to find a good AC/Heat company and because I was living in another state I was often a victim some shady folks. Our house has three units. The renters were responsible for minor repairs and service calls. The renter for some reason called another company. They walked in and wanted to replace everything (30k). Had to call these guys out on a Sunday to service my A/C. Keith came out and got me back up and running. He was very professional and talked me through my issues and options. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.Services: HVAC system maintenance

I was once a big fan of Brister-Stephens. Lately, the service is seriously below par. I had a serviceman to my house two months ago. I was told that I needed a part and they would call to give a quote. When they didn't call, I called and was condescendingly told that I was unimportant because I had cooling (albeit a malfunctioning fan). Another month has passed and still no call to replace my part.
