We had new faucets installed after bathroom renovations. I had never used this company before, they were recommended by the by the company who installed the countertops. Big Branch was awesome. I called Big Branch after noticing some water pooling below my water heater. They showed up at my house the same day, looked at the water heater (in the attic), and discovered it was actually a small leak in the roof vent from a recent rain storm. They showed me the problem and how a roofer could fix it and didn't charge me anything. I realized after they left I had forgotten to ask them something and they promptly replied to a text message.
