If you need any special occasion flower arrangements or plants call Angie at Heartfelt Flowers. I have used other ( usually 1-800 number)florists for funerals and 3 THREE TIMES I got ripped off. It is not a cool look to go rifling through the flowers at a funerallooking for your card. One episode I happened to be the only one in the room when a spray identical to what I had ordered was brought in, so I hurried to look at the card attached. It. Was. Blank! I called and had them come and sign it or I was going to cancel my order. Another time I ordered on a Friday and was guaranteed a Sunday delivery. Nope! And of course they were closed that day. Good news: I was told by the funeral home my plant was sent to today that they get bad reviews from the flower number on their website. Maybe they should change it to the wonderful Heartfelt Flowers and ditch the other one. Angie was very helpful and has already sent me a photo of the plant with card attached at Falgoust Funeral Home. Thank you, Angie Lisa Boudreaux

Buying casket flowers is never an easy thing to have to do but she made it such an easy and pleasant experience. She was so kind and had the flowers delivered in a timely manner for me. And they were beautiful and perfect! I highly recommend!
