I just wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know how great this small town company is, Cindy the owner has never once stepped back on any service that I’ve needed and has stepped in more than once to insure that everything I needed was there. When I was put on oxygen and the DME company assigned to assist me failed to do so I stopped in to pickup my CPAP supplies Cindy asked how I was and if there was anything else I needed, I told her what was going on with my oxygen provider and she volunteered to assist me, letting me know they were a new company and that she was sure it would all work out. Long story short things were from bad to worse and Cindy and company stepped up and did everything to assist me. Thanks Phoenix Home Medical, you and your entire staff are Great!
