I sent all of my information to do my taxes a month ago…never heard from anyone about an estimate or when my taxes will be done. I’d call and majority of the time no one would answer. I even pulled up during business hours to see what was going on with my taxes and the door was locked (I don’t even reside in Laplace. I drove from another city). Long story short, I called on Monday and was told that my taxes would be done that day. A whole week passed without hearing from anyone so I reached out and didn’t receive a response until 2 days later.
