These folks are simply amazing. We are so fortunate to have a business in our area that carries everything we need to save money on costly repairs, by having the parts we need ,when we need them. The big plus is, that the folks who run this place are super nice and very helpful.

I received a call back within an hour of leaving a message. My washer & dryer are 20 years old, and the gentleman from Songy’s told me over the phone that I probably couldn’t get replacement parts for either machine. I appreciated his honesty and saving me a service call fee.Allie McKowen

I first called Nathan about a Samsung refrigerator repair. He spent 15 minutes on the phone providing advice. He was the only knowledgably person on this brand of the many I contacted. Who gets 15 minutes of service advice, unheard of.

But I also needed dryer service. He came out promptly on schedule, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and told me how to prevent a future reoccurrence. His service is very rightly priced.

So I am going to use him again, right! I text asking for service on my trash disposal after doing what I could with my limited knowledge. He provided me with further instruction and says that should fix it and if not he would come out. Yes,...read full review
