Wish I would have heeded the already existent, poor reviews before I entered on a whim to get a pedicure. Pro was the exfoliating scrub felt superb and they didn’t moisturize me after but that was fine bc that’s actually my preference. There was no ambiance to the place, you sit quietly and stare into the abyss bc the tvs were not turned on and there was no background music.THE SERVICE. My water was colder than I would have liked, but I felt hesitant to ask for a temperature change because I knew the tech knew little to no english. I went a few months ago, I had two nails that were chipped and needed them soaked off! I communicated that and tell me why a female worker used a fresh nail tip and tried to pry them off??? I was so shocked that I watched her for a bit. I ended up getting them soaked off after stopping her. A male worker asked me if I wanted a design I told him no because their prices are ridiculous. When I walked in I asked for a manicure and polish change on my toes. The lady repeated what I said. I got this lady who did not try to have my toe nails shaped the same. I had to ask the lady who could speak English to ask her to shape my nails. So, I thought for the manicure it would be better. I have never done gel so, I didn’t know the process, but while I’m sitting there I noticed she didn’t put my fingers in water etc. I asked the lady who could speak English why I wasn’t getting that. $25 wasted. She stated you don’t get that with the type of manicure you had. I’m like WTH. She even said it with an attitude. I will NEVER GO BACK! First and last time.
