    This has been a great experience. I started because I wanted an activity to help me lose weight and feel better. I have been going for about 2 years and I have lost close to 60lbs and I feel a lot better. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.

At Yuuki Do Karate, we teach Traditional Shotokan Karate as developed by Gishin Funakoshi and Masatoshi Nakayama. This style of Karate is characterized by dynamic movements and strong stances that produce powerful techniques and develop the body.
