This prompt service is crucial when dealing with tenants who are without heating or cooling. Their quality of work is top-notch, and I now only trust them to get the job done right the first time. These guys were life-savers! My air went out and being new to Lake Charles I didn't know who to call. I googled my options and the first call I made was to Washington & Sons. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Washington and he made sure I had my a.c. before the day was over. They were very professional, efficient and priced very fairly. Desmond found other things that could be done to make my unit last longer, gave me the list and told me to call when I was ready. He explained what was important and what could wait. No pressure! Great job, Desmond and the whole team!
