Do not book your appointments online! I booked mine and it was accepted and approved for today at 11:30am for a highlight and cut. I had tried calling the phone number and it is disconnected so there was no way for me to call to double check. When I went in today for the appointment I was told they had no idea how it was approved and they didn't have the available staff. They were nice and apologetic but it was a huge waste of my time and now I am having trouble finding available appointments anywhere else for today.

Kelley is amazing! I am super funny about my hair, but The Steel Magnolia Co was highly recommended since my stylist moved out of area...
I fully understand why Kelley was recommended!
