Our A/C went out so I called Sim's - they were so fast - they had someone at my house within 2 hours of my call! It's 100 degrees outside right now, excessive heat warning today so I figured they would be very busy - but they got to me quickly - they were very knowledgeable and found and fixed the problem within an hour. My brand new mobile home was not cooling properly at all. The company I purchased it from had me contact the company that installed the AC system. They came out and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. After many sleepless nights due to the heat I contact Sims and scheduled for someone to come out. The technician immediately found the problem; which was due to the wrong part being put on the system when installed. The correct part was ordered and I finally have a home that cools (and heats) like it is suppose to!
