I called to have someone check on a small leak from my roof. Phil came to check it out. He was very thorough with his inspection. Got on my roof, in my attic, the usual steps. Gave me the lowdown and explained everything thoroughly. He is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend calling Pelican if you need a new roof or if you just need a repair. A++++ business!
I have been dealing with Caleb for the past week getting my house set up for a new roof. I've dealt with numerous roofing companies since Laura with most proving to be unreliable and overall unprofessional. I can say that Caleb has gone above and beyond to help make everything as painless as possible and it is beyond appreciated. I know we've all dealt with a lot of home repair nonsense since Laura and if you are as tired of it as I am give these guys a call and ask for Caleb. No I'm not related to him or even no him outside of this interaction I just know that a lot of people are dealing with the same struggles thst I have been and are searching for a decent person to actually help them, so I figured I'd save you a lot of headaches and recommend a good one.
