I found Optimum Health Chiropractic while looking for a solution to my lower back pain. I’ve been very impressed by Dr. Rider’s knowledge base and the time he takes creating/explaining/following through with a treatment plan. We went over my second x-ray today which visually shows improvement on top of my physical pain relief. Paige and Shelby have also both been awesome and made me feel welcome from day one. It’s safe to say Optimum Health Chiropractic lives up to its name!

I have been going for regular maintenance - living pain free because of it - for over 10 years. Absolutely recommend Dr. Rider and his team. In that time, I have also been in a car accident with an insurance claim and it was so easy, they took care of everything. I went when I was in between jobs with no health insurance and it was very affordable. Dr. Rider was the first chiropractor to see, explain and offer treatment for lower back pain due to one leg being slightly shorter than the other. He ordered a lift to go inside my shoe, and now I have no issues. Dr. Rider give me a sense of peace and reassured to me that his treatment plan would get my body back to its healthy state. He has been tremendous in aligning my posture and he has given me supreme advice on changes I need to make to my diet as well as making healthier decisions. He has helped me in each treatment session and it has only gotten better with each visit to Optimum Health. If you are having difficulty in deciding a chiropractor to choose from here in Lake Charles, Dr. Rider is the man you need to see.
