My nails were perfect, but the nail tech who was working on my nails was a bit rude at times. I always tip my nail techs if they do a good job, but part of being good at what you do, involves customer satisfaction on all levels.

Kelly is the BEST!! I told her I wanted rose gold for my birthday and she worked out the rest I love my nails!!! Thank you so much Kelly!!!! Since I moved to lake Charles she's the only one that can do my nails exactly the way I like and want them!! She has good customer service and very friendly and fast! She's the best!!
