Recently had my second old hot water heater replaced by Lanier Plumbing. Very professional job, just like the last time. CJ was very courteous and I will continue to use Lanier in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Cody your repairman. He got here found the problem with the water heater got the parts and repaired and once again I had hot water. Cody was super nice so patient and answered all my questions.. Thank you for your 5 star service and 5 star employee Cody.

I’m a little late posting this review. I called Lanier a few weeks ago. I called them because I used them previously for a leaking pipe under my bathtub. Cody came out to my first call and was fantastic. Cody also came out to this call. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I like to linger around and watch and I probably asked him a million questions. He answered all of them with a smile. He did what he originally came out for plus went beyond what he had to do. Also he explained the cost before he got started and I have to say I was very pleased. I was in a panic thinking it would wiped me out financially but I think there prices are very fair. There isn’t another plumbing... read full review
