I don't know why I procrastinated so long because the experience was fast and pleasant. I was seen quickly, given excellent care, was treated aggressively, and was followed up with. The staff are great. Very personable and caring. I got the excellent care of an ER in a fraction of the time and in a great environment. I give my highest praise.

I love the Lake Charles Urgent Care. I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly faces. As a senior it has taken me a while to realize that your family doctor is usually not available at the drop of a hat. But feel assured that the doctors are great there and always do a terrific job. ????
