The ability to go whenever I want... knowing I will have my own personal workout... NO CROWDS And the infrared therapy is great great for my skin, detoxing, weight loss, blood pressure just to name a few. check it out guys! it's great!!!

Small, clean facility. I like the wide variety of options that are given: HIIT, core, buns, arms, yoga, etc. Hot Yoga, Warrior, Cycle, and Blast are my top 4! I just started booking the FX Zone and wish I had been from the beginning. It’s definitely a challenge if you’re looking for something new/different.
