The best place for physical therapy! I've been to many over the last 15 years and I can truly say I'll never go anywhere else. The staff - admin, doctors, and techs - are friendly and caring and you really feel like you're part of the family and that you matter.
As a professional pianist with carpal tunnel syndrome and spinal issues, there are times when my livelihood and education are affected due to severe pain and immobility. I’ve been seeing my therapist, Kim Vaussine, for a couple of years now and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her! Other than being a delightful, funny person to know, she is excellent at her job!! Superb dry needling skills. I always leave in a better mood, with less pain and and am able to return to the piano more comfortably. The staff in general at the Nelson location are really warm and caring people. I highly recommend this business!
First Class service from PT Scott Boudreaux, I stay in pain for 15 days under the misdiagnosis from an local ENT in Lafayette. I went see Scott and within one hour he fixed my Vertigo and I was able to be normal again. The Staff is Awesome, the place in clean and Scott Boudreaux is first class. I would send anyone from a child to an adult to FYZICAL no questions asked.
