“So I must say when I came for an exam with Dr. Rothermel on June 4th I had such a great experience so much so that I decided I would make my 11 year old daughter an appointment as well. So June 25 we come in on time for the appointment Mr. Larry (who was the only one there until Ms. Sue came in an hour later) got us all prepped and ready for the appointment. When it came to the the exam my daughter sat down and Dr. Rothermel wasn't as friendly as from the time I had my appointment but I didn't pay too much attention... Well when it came to reading the lines I am not sure if something irritated him but he yelled at my 11yr old daughter and said "JUST READ IT" I was so blown away that I tried to cut the tension and tell my daughter to read the line you can see. Then he was back to being pleasant he writes the prescription and tells us thank you have a seat and Mr. Larry will be with us. We proceed to look at frames because being that Mr. Larry was the only one there people were flowing in. No big deal, Dr. Rothermel then says he needs to get the payment for the exam so I sit and tell him I will be using my card. As I am looking the payment says $70 and I was confused because I have a co-payment of $10 because I was just there on June 4th and paid a $10 co-payment for myself so I say sir I have insurance he ignores me and asks for my zip code so I tell him my zip and then say sir my co-payment for the exam is $10 he gets up and yells I don't see any insurance on the paper work slams the clipboard on his desk and says oh well and walks away. By this time I am so livid and embarrassed because everyone looked like what what that about. Mr. Larry looked at me and said I will take care of it. When I told Mr. Larry what happened he apologized on behave of that rude vile man's behavior in which he STILL did not have the decency to come back out and apologize to my child if anything. I told Mr. Larry I will NEVER come back to him for an exam again. If I could give Dr. Rothermel a rating it would be NO STARS but Mr. Larry and Ms. Sue are so great and I highly recommend bringing your prescription to them for all your frame needs. I do understand that people have off days but when you yell at a child you should be ashamed of yourself and should not work with people at all. I had to knock a star off because of this last experience BUT make no mistake Mr. Larry and Ms. Sue deserve 10 stars for putting up with a rude, disgusting so called Man like that!“

“I have seen Dr. Janot for many years. This time I saw Dr. B and had a great experience as well. They were able to get me scheduled very quickly, and when I arrived I was brought straight to a room for my appointment. And the ladies helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses.“
