Alaina is amazing, super friendly, knows exactly what she is doing. Very quick and professional. Anytime I’m in Lake Charles she is and will be my go too. The overall office is clean and the staff friendly. No disappointments.

Anastasia is the best!!! First time getting a wax and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease now I only see her!!! She answers all my questions and concerns with no problems. She really makes everything so comforting I be forgetting I just met her here.

Reagan did a EXCELLENT JOB on my wax this is my first time ever getting a waxed it wasn’t painful like I thought it would be….she seen that I was nervous and walked me through the whole process she very friendly, and nice I so love her ❤️ thank you Reagan I’ll see you again most definitely.
