On second visit some time later, Brennan was again prompt and solved our coil drain problem and confirmed the line was clear to the main drain as well. Outstanding service!
Had a couple of small electrical items that needed work and Thomas Richard was my tech. From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience. Thomas called in advance (during the time window assigned) to check if it was a good time. He arrived promptly & dove right in. First was a fluorescent fixture that wouldn’t light. I had already changed bulbs so we guessed it was the ballast. Upon troubleshooting, Thomas realized it wasn’t the ballast or breaker box but rather a loose connection in the wall switch. Checked more fixtures in kitchen, replaced tubes. Asked him to troubleshoot an outside security light. He made some great suggestions... read full review
