Adding to the positive comment about Emily already posted. Friendly and fun to talk with, but also she gave me an excellent haircut. A lot of cosmetologist don't really know how to deal with long-haired male customers; Emily listened to what I wanted to achieve, offered feedback, and we arrived at a plan that worked well. She cuts conservatively, careful not to cut too much...and told me to feel free to come back if I should feel she hadn't cut enough. A truly pleasurable haircut experience, and her fees are reasonable as well!

We were referred by a family friend to Cypress after a devastating tornado that ended up being the easiest claim having lived in SWLA with hurricanes and Having worked in the insurance industry for a very long time. I was going to use who and what I knew since insurance companies usually refer one company…..but I’m forever thankful that I didn’t and I’m so thankful God allowed a family friend to give us the name to Cypress. Words will not even begin to express the quality, professionalism, honest, caring and I could go on for days about this incredible company …..not to mention how fast the turn around time was. Just mind blowing!!! I will forever support and stand for these folks. I also would love to advocate that insurance companies need to change their “preferred vendor” policies in order to help customers start work immediately with only certain names and if it don’t change, at the very least add CYPRESS MITIGATION AND RESTORATION to the list…. And watch them soar to the #1 spot. Hands down, 5 stars but in reality they deserve ALL the stars! Keep doing Gods work….
I have nothing but great things to say about Hornsby Landscaping. Their foreman, Paul, is first class. He kept me informed and involved. He had no issues when I wanted to change something last minute and always willing to accommodate. Most importantly he made me feel valued as a customer.
