Every person in the Ascend community has been authentic, kind, and welcoming. My first experience with a breathwork event called Soul Activation and it was life changing and deeply healing. I cannot recommend this event enough - it is transformative and has changed my life so much that I tell my friends, family, and clients about it all the time. Additionally, Ascend is home to a wellness spa, offering a variety of holistic services from a wide range of practicioners, such as energy healing, coaching, esthetics, massage, crystal healing, yoni steaming, and so much more!“
