I pretty much always get great customer service in this location, but the reason for 3 stars is they are always out of everything. Even the new location is just as bare. I went in for an eye shadow pallet, of course there were none on the shelves. I stopped an employee and asked if they had them, she went to the back and brought one back to me. My question is, how can you sell merchandise if it's in the stockroom? I've had 35+ years in retail management and I've never seen items sell if they're not on the floor. I'd like to know how the manager keeps his/her job. Where is their DM? Someone is dropping the ball in this location.

I am new to the area and needed to get a few things. This was my first time visiting this location and I was very pleased with the friendliness and cleanliness of this store. I couldn’t find a few things that I was looking for but the sales associate McKenzie was very helpful and patient and was even able to recommend a few items to me. She seemed to know all the products and what would work best for me and what wouldn’t. She was friendly and polite and explained that she was new but seemed to know her way around the store so my trip was fairly quick and successful. I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on!! Highly recommend.

I loved this store before I became an employee! And doing so only made me love it more! They've made me feel like family and are always so helpful. We go above and beyond making sure every guest feels welcomed and leaves satisfied! I've recommended this ulta previously to everyone and continue to do so! Amazing products, friendly and helpful staff. All around a great place to beAs far as the bad reviews on me. I can honestly say I do my job to the best of my ability, making sure every guest is satisfied even if I can't help them. I bring them to someone who can.
